1. Basic Search

Use the search box to find articles containing specific keywords related to deformation and machine learning. For example:

• InSAR - Finds all articles containing the term "InSAR".
• Machine Learning - Finds all articles containing the term "Machine Learning".

2. Advanced Search with Operators

You can use AND and OR operators to combine multiple search terms:

• AND Operator: Returns articles that contain all the specified terms.
• Example: InSAR and GPS - Finds articles that contain both "InSAR" and "GPS".
• OR Operator: Returns articles that contain any of the specified terms.
